Cooking Workshop — Virtual Streaming Classes

Our mission is to inspire people to create, share and eat healthy and nutritious food! Discover, learn and appreciate a variety of simple nutritious recipes from different cultures around the globe through positive experiences and fun environment containing both cooking and health-based components.

During our Cooking Workshops you will learn simple and nutritious recipes from different cultures around the world, receive recipe handouts, and get to taste the recipe at the end. Our Cooking Workshops are offered to:

  • individual private sessions

  • private parties

  • small to large groups

  • family and friends at your home

  • private kitchen

  • in your workplace

Cooking Workshops can be theme-based or designed for specific health needs:

  • diabetes

  • high blood pressure

  • cancer support

  • cardio health

  • immunity strength

  • mindful eating

  • youth and kids culinary

Virtual Streaming Cooking Classes are a great option for guests who are not able to join in-person classes, but can still spend time together in a virtual room while enjoying this shared experience. Group discounts are available.

Cooking Workshop — In-Person Food Demos

Perfect for any mixed group looking for a unique experience. A chef instructor will demonstrate how to put together dishes step-by-step and teach about the beneficial nutrients of the food. Guests will be able to watch and learn the steps to re-create back at home.

In-Person Food Demos are based on simple recipes which mainly include local and seasonal ingredients available at the farmers’ markets. However, the class subject can be customized per the guests request.

Participants — Minimum 10 & Maximum 20 guests

Duration — 2 hours

Stress Management with Laughter Yoga

With the current pandemic situation and challenging economic times, stress levels are higher than ever before.  Laughter Yoga is a unique exercise routine which combines unconditional laughter with yogic deep breathing exercises and laughter meditation.  Some of the benefits of this fun session include:
